Our inspiration
The Borneus spirit is one of constant searching. Always traveling through new territories, exploring remote and exotic regions inhabited by peoples of ancient cultures. A cradle of artisans who create objects made from the materials provided by the lush nature that surrounds and shapes them. Wood, stone, and iron, without additives or external influences, are their tools.
Our mission is to find and bring back to our culture something we'd already lost: the handmade, the basic, objects of serene beauty created to be touched, used, and lived in. Objects proud of the scars time has left on them.
